Now when it comes to laptop's security everyone uses Antivirus now I'm not going to tell what is an antivirus and all but I wanna talk   about how to use it because many people use it the wrong way I have seen  Two of Antivirus users

Type 1: People who use the laptop while it's getting scanned 

Yes, I know a laptop is capable of multi-tasking but if you don't know then let me tell you to remove virus from the machine The antivirus scans the whole system files. Now let's consider you are using the  XYZ file while its getting scanned and suppose that file contains a virus then what is the use of scanning when you are already using the virus

Type 2: People who pause the scan 

now I'm sleeping can't leave the turned on so I will scan it later.  First of all, there is nothing harmful to leave the laptop turned on and many antiviruses provide the option to turn the laptop off automatically. Use that feature but don't pause the scan.

Never use the machine while it's getting scan and let the scanning get complete in one go.
